With over 9 years of experience as a Customer Service and Licence Testing Officer at Service NSW—the equivalent of the Department of Transport and Main Roads Driver Tester —I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to become a safe, confident, and responsible driver.
My background includes conducting:
•     Class C driving tests (manual and automatic)
•     Aged driving assessments for drivers aged 75+
•     Disability support driving tests
•     Motorcycle rider assessments
•     Heavy vehicle licence tests – HR, MR, and LR
This hands-on experience has given me unique insight into the standards required to pass your test and thrive as a road user. It also reinforced the vital role that a qualified driving instructor plays in shaping lifelong driving habits.
